You may be wondering what this "law of attraction" is. I will try to explain it briefly as achievable. In summary, the Law of Attraction states "you attract into your life the items that you concentrate your energy and attention." So if your mentality is drawn into negative thoughts, you will carry on to draw negative experiences into your life - scarcity, unhealthy body, terrible relationships, dissatisfaction, unhappiness, etc. On the contrary, if you only nourish your thoughts with optimistic thoughts, then very good items or experiences will come to your life. - Wealth, love, spiritual happiness, contentment.

Nonetheless, if you set your aims also high, or make your objectives unrealistic, then the Law of Attraction will operate against you! You feel overwhelmed, doubtful and stressed. The Law will respond to this and your attraction vibration will be the opposite of what you want. By more than-stretching yourself you will get negative thoughts and feelings about your purpose. But by setting realistic objectives, that do nevertheless stretch you, you can totally make use of the Law of Attraction to your advantage.

You may not recognize it the Law of Attraction is actively operating currently in your life at this moment. The possibilities, experience and events you are experiencing at the moment were set into action by the thoughts and actions you have currently engaged.
